At Panel World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your panels aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our Guest Portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
